REVO designs its products with an emphasis on engineering, durability, and dependable outdoor cooking performance.

StoviGo Limited Warranty

StoviGo includes a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering eligible repairs or replacement parts for qualifying non-accidental product defects.

Warranty eligibility and the appropriate remedy are subject to review and verification by REVO.

What May Not Be Covered

Subject to applicable law and the specific warranty terms supplied with your product, warranty coverage generally does not extend to issues resulting from:

  • Accidental damage.
  • Misuse or improper operation.
  • Improper installation or assembly.
  • Unauthorized modification or repair.
  • Neglect or inadequate maintenance.
  • Use of incompatible fuel, components, connections, or accessories.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow supplied operating or safety instructions.
  • Normal wear associated with regular use where it does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Making a Warranty Request

To request warranty assistance, please provide:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Product and model information.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Relevant photographs or video where appropriate.

REVO may request additional information to evaluate the issue before confirming warranty service.

StoviQ and StoviX

Specific warranty terms for StoviQ and StoviX should be confirmed with REVO or the applicable authorized dealer before purchase.

The one-year StoviGo manufacturer's warranty should not be interpreted as automatically applying to every REVO product or model.

Products Purchased Through Dealers

If your REVO product was purchased through an authorized dealer, retailer, or distributor, you may be asked to contact the original seller as part of the warranty process.

Please retain your original proof of purchase.

Consumer Rights

This warranty does not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
